Employee satisfaction survey

Use the BusinessHR employee satisfaction survey to measure, track and improve the level of morale and satisfaction of your employees. Improved morale will invariably improve the productivity of your people and will help you to retain your employees.

Features

We offer a template invitation letter Paid up members, or Pay as you go. to send to your employees with the survey. This encourages the employees to complete and return the form and sets out to whom and where it should be returned and by when. It also reassures employees that the outcome will be communicated to staff and they will be involved in developing an action plan from the survey results.

Our survey:

  • is easy to use and understand whilst being thorough enough to give you some really useful information
  • asks employees to rate their level of satisfaction in a number of key areas
  • will clearly demonstrate where you should target improvement actions
  • can be customised to meet your needs.

Also consult our step by step guide to employee surveys and our document on retaining employees.

If you wish to undertake a bespoke survey, we can help you with this by assisting in the design and structure of the questions, collecting and collating the responses and providing anonymous feedback via a structured report. If you would be interested in this service, please call us for further details.
