Partnership agreement for HR consultants

Are you an HR consultant who would find our website and services useful for your clients?

Access to our website, hot topics and helpline under our normal terms and conditions is limited to the purposes of assisting our clients in managing their own businesses, and not for any third parties. We are very protective of our copyright and any use of our services for the benefit of other parties, whether for payment or not, is only authorised to those who hold a partnership agreement with us.

Benefits

Our partnership agreement gives consultants:

  • authorised use of the website for your client work - thus saving time and energy reinventing the wheel - you can quickly generate professionally formatted documents using our up-to-date templates to give to your clients
  • a monthly emailed csv report (if requested) showing helpline usage per enquiry - so your clients can be individually recharged if necessary
  • the ability to use our helpline either as a sounding board for you to discuss issues with a professional colleague, or by your clients directly (with your prior authorisation), giving you professional cover for your absence on holidays/seminar attendance etc. The relationship always remains with you. If you give your clients access to our helpline, we can send you copies of our summary email advice so that you are always kept in the loop.
  • complete enquiry records available to you on request.

We also offer commission to those consultants who recommend their clients to purchase their own direct website access.

A partnership agreement costs from £500 per annum per consultant as follows:

Website partnership licence
  • gives you access to our website to customise, download and print any document for your client(s)
  • payable annually in advance if bought alone
£500 + VAT
Premium partnership upgrade (addition to website licence)
  • gives you access to a wider range of more specialised documents
  • allows you to generate and store contracts and policies on our server and update them quickly
  • also to generate word processing versions (rather than pdfs) enabling you to refomat the documents and add the client's logo if desired
  • payable annually in advance if bought with website only licence
£150 + VAT
Helpline licence
  • gives you up to 10 hours' helpline time per year, to be used by you or your clients
  • a monthly csv breakdown of usage per enquiry (if requested by you)
  • plus we copy you on any emails sent to your clients (and will provide copies of entire enquiries on request)
  • can be bought separately or in addition to a website licence
  • payable quarterly in advance if bought alone or in conjunction with a website licence
£1000 + VAT
